Autaugaville Town Park Selected For Community Visioning Session

Autauga County, AL- The Town ofAutaugaville welcomed residents to the city’s park Saturday, to give theirinput on the future of the property. The town is interested in updating thepark with new equipment, features and more. Officials said grants could befound to help with the expenses in the future.

The desire is to create an atmospherethat all ages can enjoy.

Attendees enjoyed snacks, a deejay formusic, games and a raffle for a gift card.

The event was hosted by the AlabamaChapter of the American Planning Association (ALAPA) and Community PlanningAssistance Teams (CPAT). These experts along with our friends from the CentralAlabama Regional Planning & Development Commission (CARPDC) were there toguide city officials in creating a community park that truly reflects thespirit of Autaugaville!
