Volunteers Needed for Autauga PALS River Clean-Up Being Held June 1, 2024

WHAT: Autauga PALS River Clean- Up & Autaugaville Summer Clean-Up

WHEN: Saturday, June 1, 2023, 8:30 AM- 2:00 PM

WHERE: Swift Creek Landing, Autaugaville, AL

The Autauga County PALS Annual River Clean Up and Autaugaville Summer Clean-Up is being held in partnership with Southern Power, Alabama Power, Autauga County Commission, and the Prattville Area Chamber of Commerce. Keeping our rivers clean is essential for our economy, ecology, and communities. Our waterways also play a critical role in providing habitat for wildlife and offering us natural places to swim, fish, boat, camp, hike, and play.

Pick Up Trash Bags to Fill at Autaugaville Fire Department, City Hall, Library and the Ag Center. Questions? Contact Volunteer George Walthall.

Volunteers should wear long pants, rubber boots, hats, insect repellent and sunscreen.

Minors must have a chaperone to participate.


Directions: Travel to Autaugaville on Alabama Highway 14. Turn south on County Road 21. Go to Swift Creek boat ramp.
