| This bid is intended to comply with the Rebuild Alabama Act, No. 2019-2, and Alabama Code Title 39, the Alabama Public Works Law. Bidders shall be required to comply with the provisions of the Rebuild Alabama Act, No. 2019-2 and Title 39 of the Alabama Code reardless if the requirement is explicitly detailed in the bid proposal or not. Sealed bids received by the Autauga County Commission at 135 N. Court Street, Suite B, Prattville AL, 36067 until 10:00 AM Central Time on February 16, 2022. |
