Tomato Salsa Workshop- Home Food Preservation


Learn How...to make and preserve your own foods at home with water bath canning. After the presentation, participate in a hands-on class and make tomato salsa. Each participant will make their own jar, process it and then take it home. There will be samples and chips afterwards for your tasting enjoyment.
