Autauga County residents are invited to participate in a free Health & Wellness Series taking place throughout the month of May at local senior centers throughout our communities. This FREE  series offers an engaging hour of education and light activity designed to support overall health and well-being.

Sessions will be led by Sharon Houston, Licensed Insurance Agent, and Corey Ellis, Health & Wellness Coach, who will provide valuable information, practical tips, and encouragement to help participants take charge of their health.

All sessions begin at 10:00 a.m. and will be held at the following locations:

Participants are encouraged to contact their local senior center to confirm attendance and wear comfortable clothing suitable for light activity.
