Workforce development is a top priority for the Autauga County Commission, and we are proud to support opportunities that connect our residents to high-demand, high-wage careers right here in our community. Central Alabama Community College is partnering with the Prattville Area Chamber of Commerce to host the first FAME Spring Showcase. 📍 Location: Central Alabama Community College, 1320 Old Ridge Road, Prattville Come Explore High-Demand Careers in Advanced ManufacturingThe Spring Showcase connects students, job seekers, and families with real career pathways in advanced manufacturing — one of the fastest-growing sectors in our region. Attendees will see firsr-hand how CACC is partnering with our local industries to prepare residents in the region for quality jobs in the region--the CENTRAL FAME PROGRAM. Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education (F.A.M.E.) This two-year technical associate degree prepares students for modern manufacturing careers through:
F.A.M.E. students gain paid work experience with leading manufacturing partners while completing their degree. Many participants significantly offset — or even fully cover — their education costs through wages earned in the program, financial aid opportunities and grants.Who Should Attend?
