Marriage Licenses for Minors 16 or 17 Years of Age
Both parents must give written consent to the marriage. Paperwork to do this can be obtained in our office and must be signed and notarized. Parents that have relinquished all rights are not required to give consent. Proof must be provided.
A certified copy of the state issued birth certificate for the minor or State issued Drivers License/State ID.
Parents must provide their Driver License/State ID.
