The Alabama Soil and Water Conservation Committee Soil & Water Conservation (IDEH) is working with the USDA NRCS to bring a Federal Cost-Share Program to Farmers in the Upper Alabama River sub-basin aimed at installing new irrigation systems on non-irrigated cropland. Here's your chance to hear more about the program!
