The decorating begins @ 10 am and continues all day but please come when you can. The BVFD, Councilmembers and myself will be there earlier to get a head start on decorating the biggest tree.

The Billingsley Volunteer Fire Dept will be serving Hot Chocolate and Cookies at dark along with a special appearance from Santa!!!
